Equipped with Xenopixel V3 electronics, this lightsaber features a Neopixel blade with a 144-LED strip, producing stunning lighting effects and smooth ignition sequences. It includes 34 pre-installed sound fonts, smooth swing technology, gesture controls, and multiple blade ignition styles. The “XenoConfigurator” app offers further customization. As with all Neopixel blades, this saber is intended for showcase and light duelling, making it unsuitable for heavy duelling.
History
The crossguard lightsaber wielded by Kylo Ren is an ancient design, reminiscent of sabers used during the Great Scourge of Malachor. Unlike traditional sabers, its unstable blade results from a fractured Kyber crystal, requiring the dual side vents to release excess energy. This unique design, while unpredictable, provides a terrifying advantage in battle, symbolizing the internal conflict of its owner.
Kylo Ren constructed his lightsaber during his transformation from Ben Solo, shaping it as an extension of his anger and desire to prove himself as the true heir to Darth Vader’s legacy.
