The Weathered Cal Kestis Crossguard Lightsaber is a finely crafted replica inspired by the weapon wielded by Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Featuring a distinct battle-worn aesthetic, this saber reflects the harsh trials and survivalist nature of the Jedi during the age of the Empire. The hilt is constructed from high-quality aluminium alloy with a rugged, weathered finish that enhances its authenticity. The crossguard design features two side vents that ignite in tandem with the main blade, mimicking the raw and unstable energy seen in the game.

Equipped with Proffie 2.2 electronics, this lightsaber allows extensive customisation, enabling users to modify sound fonts, ignition effects, and blade animations. The included Neopixel blade provides ultra-bright illumination with dynamic effects such as scrolling ignition, flickering blade modes, and smooth colour transitions. While perfect for cosplay, display, and light duelling, the Neopixel blade is not intended for heavy-impact combat. Additional features include flash-on-clash effects for immersive battle realism, gesture controls for seamless operation, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended use.

History

The crossguard lightsaber wielded by Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor represents the evolution of his combat style and adaptability as he continues his fight against the Empire. Unlike traditional Jedi weapons, this saber incorporates an ancient design reminiscent of the High Republic era, giving it a unique and imposing presence in battle.

Recovered and modified by Cal, this lightsaber reflects his journey of resilience and survival. The crossguard design enhances stability in combat, allowing for powerful strikes and defensive manoeuvres against overwhelming foes. As Cal refines his connection to the Force, his weapon evolves alongside him, solidifying his place among the most formidable Jedi survivors. This replica perfectly captures the worn yet enduring legacy of Cal Kestis, making it an essential piece for fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and collectors alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
