If you change your mind after purchasing or your product develops a fault, we’re here to help.

Unwanted Items

You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt, or packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item for a refund of the product’s purchase price as it appears on your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale

You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they are in good condition with tags intact.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

If you would like us to provide you with a shipping label, we are more than happy to do so and will deduct the cost of shipping from the value of your refund.

Refund

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Note that a refund may take 10 business days to appear on your account or credit card statement.

Faulty Items

All items come with a minimum 12-month warranty against faults. Please email shopping@saber66.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
