Acolyte Lightsaber – Proffie 2.2

Electronics: Proffie 2.2 (Pixel blade)

Description

Proffie 2.2

Blade Lit

Fully

Customisable

The Acolyte Lightsaber features a striking combination of polished silver and black, complemented by bold golden accents and geometric engravings that give it a distinctly ancient and arcane look. With its symmetrical design and tapered grip, this saber balances elegance and intimidation—ideal for users drawn to aesthetics inspired by the darker side of the Force. The control button is discreetly integrated into the design for seamless usability without disrupting the overall flow of the hilt.

Equipped with Proffie 2.2 electronics, this set offers deep customisation, allowing users to modify sound fonts, ignition effects, and blade animations for a personalised experience. This edition includes Neopixel blades, delivering ultra-bright illumination and dynamic effects such as scrolling ignition, flickering blade modes, and smooth colour transitions. Each hilt features smooth-swing motion tracking, flash-on-clash effects, and an immersive sound system that enhances every movement. With high-quality materials and precision engineering, this collection is designed for those who appreciate both authenticity and advanced technology.

History

This saber is named in reference to the ancient dark side disciples often known as “acolytes”—individuals who sought forbidden knowledge in pursuit of power. These Force-sensitive beings were frequently associated with Sith cults and shadowy sects hidden away from the Jedi Order’s gaze. Their sabers were often unique in design, reflecting the personal journeys and philosophies of their wielders.

The Acolyte Lightsaber draws upon that lore, with a ceremonial aesthetic that evokes relics from the Old Republic and earlier. Its design, while modern in functionality, is steeped in the symbolism of secrecy, ambition, and raw power. Whether displayed on a stand or wielded in sparring sessions, it offers fans a bridge between past and present, myth and machinery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
