Connectivity

The Sharpex Duelling Lightsaber is built for warriors who demand precision, durability, and high-performance technology. Constructed from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, the hilt is both lightweight and robust, offering excellent balance for fast and aggressive combat. The design features a sleek, polished finish with finely machined grooves for a secure grip, ensuring control during intense duelling. Its streamlined emitter has a subtle taper, enhancing both aesthetics and blade stability.

Powered by advanced RGB-X electronics, the Sharpex offers a vibrant range of colours, allowing users to cycle through hues effortlessly. The Baselit blade emits light solely from the emitter, making it ideal for dark environments while remaining optimised for heavy duelling. Unlike Neopixel blades, the Baselit blade contains no internal LEDs, increasing its durability for impact-intensive combat. With 16 pre-installed sound fonts, smooth swing motion detection, and flash-on-clash effects, every movement is accompanied by immersive audio-visual feedback. Gesture-based controls enable quick activation and blade adjustments, enhancing combat fluidity. The XenoConfigurator app, accessible via Bluetooth on iOS and Android, allows users to fine-tune settings and upload additional sound fonts for a personalised experience.

History

The Sharpex Lightsaber is a unique creation, designed for duelists who prioritise speed and precision. While it does not appear in any Star Wars movie or series, its design is inspired by the minimalist yet deadly weapons used by independent Force warriors and mercenaries who operated beyond the reach of the Jedi and Sith.

Legends tell of a rogue knight who wielded a weapon of similar design, refining its hilt for maximum efficiency in battle. Stripped of unnecessary ornamentation, the Sharpex embodies the philosophy of function over form—each feature tailored for combat readiness. In the hands of a skilled duellist, this lightsaber becomes an extension of their skill, cutting through the chaos of battle with unrelenting precision. Whether used in competitive duelling or as a prized display piece, the Sharpex Duelling Lightsaber represents the evolution of lightsaber craftsmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
