The Kylo Ren SE Lightsaber offers an affordable yet impressive take on the legendary crossguard weapon. Designed for Star Wars enthusiasts and casual duelists alike, this lightsaber features a bold, menacing aesthetic with a durable yet lightweight aluminium hilt. The signature crossguard blades emit a fiery red glow from high-quality Neopixel LEDs, providing vibrant illumination and customisable colours. Equipped with the SNV4 PRO core, this saber includes 27 pre-installed sound fonts, smooth swing motion detection for immersive combat, and flash-on-clash effects. Additional features such as multiple ignition modes, gesture controls, and Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app allow for easy customisation. Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, this lightsaber is built for extended duelling sessions without breaking the bank.

History

Kylo Ren’s unstable crossguard lightsaber is a direct reflection of his inner turmoil and raw power. Constructed with a cracked Kyber crystal, the weapon emits an aggressive, crackling red blade, reminiscent of ancient Sith weaponry. The crossguard vents were designed to release excess energy, ensuring the saber’s functionality despite the damaged crystal. This unconventional design became a defining symbol of Kylo Ren’s rule over the First Order and his relentless pursuit of the Resistance.

What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
