History
Obi-Wan Kenobi constructed his first lightsaber as a Padawan under the mentorship of Qui-Gon Jinn. The design was inspired by his master’s weapon, embodying a straightforward yet elegant aesthetic. Obi-Wan wielded this blue-bladed lightsaber during the Invasion of Naboo, notably in his duel against the Sith Lord Darth Maul. During this confrontation, Darth Maul disarmed Obi-Wan and kicked the lightsaber into a pit within the Theed power generator, resulting in its loss. Following this event, Obi-Wan constructed a new lightsaber, closely mirroring the original design, which he used throughout his early years as a Jedi Knight.
