The Ronin SE Lightsaber is a streamlined, budget-friendly version of a fan-favourite replica design, built for users who appreciate both elegance and practicality. Its black and silver hilt is styled after a traditional katana, complete with black tsuka-ito wrapping over a white underlayer for a classic samurai-inspired appearance. The angular emitter and smooth, cylindrical pommel enhance its minimalist profile, while the ergonomic grip ensures comfort during extended use. Whether displayed in a collection or wielded in training, the Ronin SE offers a unique blend of historical influence and modern lightsaber design.

Equipped with SNV4 PRO electronics, this lightsaber offers an immersive experience with 27 pre-installed sound fonts, smooth swing motion detection, flash-on-clash effects, multiple ignition and blade effects, gesture controls, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The Neopixel blade provides vibrant, customisable illumination, perfectly capturing the dynamic energy of this design. As with all SNV4 PRO sabers, the Neopixel blade is designed for showcase and light duelling only, not for heavy duelling. Bluetooth connectivity is also included, allowing users to customise their settings via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.

The Ronin SE pays homage to an iconic design inspired by the aesthetics of traditional Japanese swords. While it is not a direct replica of a canon Star Wars lightsaber, its design echoes the fusion of Jedi philosophy and samurai discipline—both rooted in honour, skill, and inner strength. What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
