The Luke V1 Lightsaber is a high-performance stunt saber designed for collectors and duelists who appreciate both functionality and aesthetics. Crafted from high-grade aluminium, the hilt features a sleek silver finish with black grip accents, ensuring durability and a comfortable grip. Unlike the classic replica, this version eliminates the signature control box, resulting in a streamlined design that enhances manoeuvrability, making it ideal for spinning and fast-paced combat techniques.
Equipped with the advanced Proffie 2.2 soundboard, this lightsaber offers extensive customisation options, allowing users to modify sound fonts, ignition effects and blade animations. The Proffie board also enables smooth swing motion detection, providing realistic sound modulation based on movement. The Neopixel blade, included with this model, delivers an ultra-bright, vibrant glow with dynamic effects such as scrolling ignition, unstable blade modes, and rainbow transitions. While ideal for display, cosplay, and light duelling, Neopixel blades are not suited for heavy-impact combat. The saber also features flash-on-clash effects, gesture controls for intuitive operation, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended use.
History
The Luke V1 Lightsaber is inspired by the legendary weapon wielded by Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. After losing his first lightsaber on Cloud City, Luke constructed this new saber using knowledge from Obi-Wan Kenobi’s teachings and ancient Jedi texts.
This weapon, featuring a striking green plasma blade, became a symbol of Luke’s growth as a Jedi Knight and his deepening connection to the Force. He first ignited it during his daring rescue mission at Jabba the Hutt’s palace, where he fought off the crime lord’s guards on the sands of Tatooine. It later played a crucial role in his final confrontation with Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine aboard the second Death Star.
Luke’s lightsaber remains one of the most iconic weapons in Star Wars history, representing his journey from apprentice to Jedi Master and the hope he brought to the galaxy.
