This Darth Maul Rebels Double-Bladed Lightsaber is a replica model inspired by the weapon seen in Star Wars Rebels. This unique saber features a curved, menacing hilt with intricate detailing and a battle-worn appearance. The twin red blades make it a powerful and recognizable weapon, embodying the Sith Lord’s cunning and combat prowess.
Equipped with Xenopixel V3 electronics, this lightsaber features a Neopixel blade, designed for showcase and light duelling, but never for heavy duelling. It offers a full spectrum of customisable colours and comes preloaded with 34 immersive sound fonts, ensuring an authentic and dynamic experience. Additional features include smooth swing motion detection, flash-on-clash effects, multiple ignition and blade styles, gesture controls, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended use. The Bluetooth connectivity allows for easy customisation via the “XenoConfigurator” app, available on iOS and Android.
History
After surviving his defeat in The Phantom Menace, Maul resurfaced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and later Rebels, where he wielded this distinctive double-bladed saber. This weapon reflected his transformation over time, incorporating elements of an Inquisitor’s design while maintaining his aggressive and unpredictable combat style.
In Rebels, Maul used this saber during his pursuit of Ezra Bridger and his vendetta against the Sith. His final confrontation with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Tatooine marked the end of his long and tragic journey, solidifying this saber’s place in Star Wars history.
