The Clone Wars Ahsoka Tano Shoto Lightsaber is a meticulously crafted replica model inspired by its appearance in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Designed as the shorter companion to Ahsoka’s primary lightsaber, this shoto-style weapon features a sleek hilt with a curved emitter and a bright white blade, reflecting Ahsoka’s unique fighting style.
Equipped with Xenopixel V3 electronics, this lightsaber features a Neopixel blade, designed for showcase and light duelling, but never for heavy duelling. It offers a full spectrum of customisable colours and comes preloaded with 34 immersive sound fonts, ensuring an authentic and dynamic experience. Additional features include smooth swing motion detection, flash-on-clash effects, multiple ignition and blade styles, gesture controls, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended use. The Bluetooth connectivity allows for easy customisation via the “XenoConfigurator” app, available on iOS and Android.
History
Ahsoka Tano’s shoto lightsaber was developed alongside her primary saber to complement her evolving Jar’Kai dual-wielding technique. This secondary blade allowed her to enhance her agility, defense, and precision in combat. Unlike traditional Jedi styles, Ahsoka’s reverse grip technique made her an unpredictable and formidable opponent.
Throughout The Clone Wars, Ahsoka wielded her shoto lightsaber alongside her standard saber in battles against Separatist forces, bounty hunters, and even fellow Jedi. This lightsaber symbolized her growth from a Padawan to an independent warrior, and later, as a Force user who walked her own path beyond the Jedi Order.
